All PSRMESO formulations are meant to be used for Mesotherapy applications. They are not meant to be consumed and they are not for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications. Buyer warrants that the product will not be used in any other manner and assumes any and all responsibility for misuse.
In no event shall www.psrmeso.com or any of its affiliates be liable for consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, negligence, liability, or otherwise. In consideration of approving the sale of product to purchaser, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and absolve us from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any kind arising out of the purchaser’s possession, handling or use of the product, either alone or in combination with any other substance or substances.
Microneedling must be done by a skincare professional who is duly trained. Please exercise caution when using dermarollers as well.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on purchases made at www.psrmeso.com unless we have made a mistake in shipment. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us at buyer’s expense. If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim, we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
International customers please note that once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups or charges and do not offer refund in any such cases. Clearing Customs is the customer’s responsibility and we will not be liable for any charges or delays incurred as a course of this process. Customer further warrants that they will not request a refund or issue a chargeback on these grounds.
